Food Craft

Up on the fourth floor of the Haveli Building, that’s where you’ll find our kitchen and office. We are located in Sher E Punjab Colony in Andheri East, which is a fairly quiet spot compared to some other parts of the city. Being in unit 304 means we’re tucked away a bit, but we’ve been here for quite some time now. Mostly, we spend our days handling orders and making sure everything is prepped right. It’s a lot of manual work, chopping and packing, and keeping an eye on the clock. The building itself is an older one, and the stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is busy with deliveries. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People mostly find out about us because they live nearby or work in the area and need something to eat that isn't from a big chain. It’s just a small team of us here. We started out small and stayed that way because it’s easier to manage things when you aren't trying to do too much at once. The mornings are the busiest when the supplies come in. After the lunch rush, things settle down a bit, and we start getting ready for the next day. It’s just regular work for us, nothing too complicated. We like being in this part of Andheri because the community is nice and we know the delivery routes well.
