Food & Fade Imp . is over here in Borivali, specifically in Shastri Nagar. We've got our space at 201 on S.V. Road, which stays pretty active most hours of the day. It’s a mix of different things we do, dealing with food items and some other imports that come our way. People usually stop by when they’re in the neighborhood or if they’ve heard about us from someone nearby. It’s not a big corporate office or anything like that. Just a regular room where we keep track of what’s coming in and what needs to go out. Dealing with S.V. Road traffic is probably the hardest part of the job. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just checking the boxes. Sometimes we have a lot of one thing and then nothing of another, so it keeps us on our toes. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us making sure everything stays moving. It’s a lot of manual work, checking labels and making sure the food stuff is fresh. We’ve been in this building for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the way things work around here. It’s a practical setup. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because that's not what we're about. We just want to get the work done and go home. That is the way it has always been for us here. It is just a simple business on a busy street.
