Flats Rental

Our little office is tucked away in the MCGM Colony, specifically at 17/13 on LBS Marg in Vikhroli West. It’s right near Karimabad Society, and if you look across the road, you can’t miss the big Godrej Company gate. That’s usually how we tell people to find us because the traffic on LBS Marg is so heavy that you might drive right past if you aren't looking. We deal with renting out flats, which basically means a lot of walking around the colony and checking on properties. It’s a lot of keys and phone calls. Sometimes we’re sitting in the office waiting for someone who said they’d be here at ten but doesn’t show up until noon because of the Vikhroli traffic. It’s just how things go. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks and chairs and a lot of registers where we write everything down. We know most of the people living around here by now. It feels like a small community even though it’s right on a main, noisy road. We don't have a fancy website or anything. Most of our work comes from people just walking in or seeing our signs while they’re out. It’s honest work, helping people find a roof over their heads without too much fuss. The monsoon season is the hardest because the road gets messy, but we still have to go out and show the places.
