The office is at 49 Kurla West in the Adarsh Nagar Colony. If you know where Arpan Hospital is, we are right across from it. Firoz Shaikh Financial Advisors started here because it's a busy part of the city and easy for people to find. We deal with money matters every day. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular desk and chairs where we sit and talk through things. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but that’s just Kurla for you. People walk in with questions about their savings or what to do with their taxes. We don't have a big corporate team, just us here in the colony. Most people find us because they live nearby or they were visiting the hospital and saw our sign. It’s been a while since we set up shop in this spot. We keep the files organized as much as we can. It’s a small space but it works for what we need to do. Every morning we open up and start going through the paperwork. Dealing with finances means a lot of numbers and checking things twice. It feels good to be part of the local neighborhood here. You can see the hospital entrance from our window. Adarsh Nagar is a familiar place for many. We don't spend much on decorations because the work is what matters. Just a plain office for regular people who need help with their money.
