Fiesta Delicacies

Fiesta Delicacies is tucked away in the Nagadevi Industrial Estate, specifically at Kacharakana Halli 304 in Goregaon East. It’s an industrial area, so there are a lot of trucks and workers moving around all day. Our place at 304 is where we prepare all our delicacies. It’s a functional space, built for work rather than looking pretty. We have stainless steel counters and a lot of equipment that takes up most of the room. It’s a bit noisy with the fans and the machines going, but that’s how you know we are busy. We aren't a big corporation with layers of management. It’s just a small team of us who show up every day to get the cooking and packing done. The air usually smells like whatever we are making that morning. Sometimes it's sweet, sometimes it's savory. We don't have a showroom where you can browse. Most of our stuff goes out to other places from here. Getting to Nagadevi Industrial Estate can be a bit of a trek depending on the traffic in Goregaon East. But once you’re at 304, you’ll find us working through the orders. We keep the place clean and tidy, but it's definitely a working kitchen environment. We’ve been here at Kacharakana Halli for a while now and it suits our needs just fine. We don't need much else to get the job done.
