Fazal Properties

You can find us at 318 S V Road in Andheri West. We are right by the Amboli Naka and very close to the railway crossing. If you know the area, you know that the railway crossing is a major point of reference, and it’s always busy there. Fazal Properties has been sitting in this spot for a long time, watching the trains go by and the traffic pile up. Our office is a simple room with a couple of chairs and a big desk where most of the work happens. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls; it’s a real place where we do real work. We don't use fancy language or try to impress people with big words. We just talk about property in a way that makes sense. People stop in all the time because they’re passing through Amboli Naka and need some advice on a shop or a flat. We know the owners and the history of most buildings around here. It’s a lot of manual work, keeping track of everything and making sure the documents are in order. Sometimes the noise from the trains is a bit much, but we don't even notice it anymore. We are just a local team doing our best to help out whoever walks in. No big mission, just everyday property work for the people in our neighborhood. It’s what we’ve always done.
