Our agency is tucked away in Sector 35 C of the Lokhandwala Complex in Andheri West. We are at Number 3, and the HDFC Bank is a good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. Lokhandwala is a busy place, always full of energy and people moving about. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite some years now. The office is small and filled with the usual stuff like folders, pens that sometimes don't work, and a calendar that’s always marked up. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a team of people in suits. Fazal Estate Agency is just a local business where we know our neighbors and the people who run the shops nearby. When someone walks in, we don’t give them a sales pitch. We just ask them what they are looking for and show them what we have on the books. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things. Sometimes we are out on the street showing apartments, so the office might be locked for an hour, but we are never far away. We handle everything from small rentals to bigger sales without making a big deal out of it. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the files, but we know where everything is. We just like helping people find their way in the local property market and keeping things honest.
