Our office for Fast Forward Real Estate is at number 8 in Bandra West. we are right by Kwality Chowk in the Center Point Building. Bandra is a crazy place to work in real estate because everything changes so fast. One day a place is there and the next it is gone. We spend a lot of time walking around and looking at different buildings. The Center Point Building is a good spot for us because it is central. We are not some big chain with hundreds of employees. It is just a local office where we talk to people about where they want to live. Sometimes we just sit and drink tea while waiting for a phone call. Kwality Chowk is always noisy with cars and people but we like the vibe. We’ve seen the prices go up and down over the years in Bandra West. It’s a tough market but we just keep at it. We don't have any shiny brochures or anything like that. We just know the streets and the buildings around here. If someone wants to know about a flat we just tell them what we know. It is a straightforward way of doing things. Being at Center Point Building means we are right in the thick of it all which helps when you need to see a property quickly. It’s just a desk and some chairs and us working.
