Fashion Ethnica

Running Fashion Ethnica here in Ghatkoper keeps us pretty occupied most days. Ghatkoper is a lively place to be, and there is always something happening on the streets outside. We started this because we wanted to have a spot where people could find decent clothes without having to travel too far into the city. It’s not a huge operation. Mostly it’s just us keeping track of the stock and making sure the shop looks alright for whoever walks in. We don’t really use those big polished slogans. We just talk to people like we’re neighbors, because usually, we are. Some days are slow and we just sit and drink tea, waiting for the evening rush when people finish work. Other days, everyone seems to come in at once and it gets a bit chaotic. We’ve got stuff piled up in the back that we need to sort through, but there never seems to be enough hours in the day. The sign outside is a little faded now, but people still find us. We like the community here in Ghatkoper. It feels like home. We aren't trying to be the biggest store out there. We just want to keep the doors open and have enough variety so that someone finds something they like. It’s a simple way to make a living and we’re happy with how things are going so far.
