Farooq & Fareed Catering Services is based at Mumbai Central Ho 61. It’s a busy area and we’ve been right in the middle of it for quite some time. The kitchen is where everything happens. It’s loud, it’s hot, and there is always something cooking. We started small and we’ve stayed pretty local. Most of what we do involves getting food to people for their events and making sure no one goes home hungry. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anything. If you come looking for us, you’ll likely smell the food before you see the door. The team is just a bunch of hard-working people who know how to handle big pots and busy schedules. Mumbai Central is always moving, and so are we. We don't really have time for long meetings or fancy presentations. We just talk about what needs to be made and then we go buy the ingredients. It’s a lot of early mornings and late nights. Our hands are usually busy with something, whether it's prepping vegetables or loading the delivery vans. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes. We’ve been through a lot of busy seasons here and every one of them is different. We just keep our heads down and make sure the food is ready on time. That’s really all there is to it. We don't try to be anything we aren't, just a solid catering team.
