We are tucked away in Office Number 24 at 152/2 on Narayan Dhuru Street. If you know this street, you know it’s always packed with people and businesses. Fairdeal Machine Tools Co. has been part of this crowded neighborhood for quite some time now. Our office isn't very big, just a room where we keep our records and handle the day-to-day business. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but that’s just how these old buildings on Narayan Dhuru Street are built. We don't have fancy furniture or a reception desk. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and lots of folders. The street outside is always humming with activity, with carts going back and forth and people shouting. It’s a lot of energy, and we’ve grown to like it over the years. We focus on machine tools because that’s what we know best. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one that stays in its lane. Usually, there are three or four of us in the office at any given time. We drink a lot of tea while we work through the orders. It’s a simple setup, and it works for us. Most people who come to see us are regular customers who have been buying from this street for decades. It is a bit hectic but we enjoy the pace here.
