Express Foods

Express Foods is located at No-444 in the Kewal Industrial Estate. We are on S.B. Marg in Lower Parel. If you know Mumbai, you know Lower Parel is a mix of old mills and new offices. Our spot in the industrial estate is one of those places that has been there for years. It’s not very glamorous. The stairs are a bit narrow and the elevators are usually busy with people moving boxes. S.B. Marg is always packed with traffic, so there’s a constant hum of engines and horns outside. We are in unit 444. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when we have a lot of stock coming in. We don't have much of a view, just the other industrial buildings nearby. The staff here is used to the bustle. We take our tea breaks at the little stalls downstairs. It’s a very practical way to work. You don’t come here for the decor; you come here to get things done. We’ve got our desks and our equipment, and that’s about it. The energy of Lower Parel keeps us moving, even when it’s humid and the monsoon is hitting the windows. It’s a real place with real people working hard every single day to keep the business going. We have been here since before the big malls arrived, and we just keep on doing what we do.
