Exclusive Time

Exclusive Time is located in a pretty well-known spot over at 112 Metro Plaza. We’re right across from the Delhi Darbar Restaurant, which most people around Colaba know quite well. Being near the 4th Cross and the Colaba PO means there’s always a lot of foot traffic and tourists wandering around. Our shop is inside the plaza, and it’s a place where we spend a lot of our time. Colaba has a certain feel to it, and we’ve become a part of that over the years. We don't try to act like we’re better than any other shop on the block. We just have our own way of doing things at Exclusive Time. The space is filled with what we work on, and it’s not always perfectly tidy, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big corporate office or a board of directors. It’s just a handful of us making sure our customers are taken care of. Being near Delhi Darbar means we get to smell the food all day, which is a nice bonus. We’ve seen many businesses come and go in Metro Plaza, but we’ve managed to stick around by just being practical and showing up every day. We don’t use fancy slogans. We just work hard and keep our doors open for anyone who needs us in this part of Mumbai.
