Every Aroma Caterers

Every Aroma Caterers is located in Santacruz East, specifically at A/602 in the Krishna Galaxy building. We are on Datta Mandir Road, which is quite close to the Vakola Bridge. It’s a convenient spot for us because we can get to different parts of the city relatively easily, though the traffic on the bridge can be a nightmare during rush hour. Our setup is inside a residential building, so it feels more like a home-based operation than a big factory. We started this because we liked being around food and it just grew from there. The kitchen is always busy with someone chopping onions or cleaning out the big pots we use for rice. We don’t have a team of marketing people; it’s just us doing the work every day. You can often hear the sounds of the neighborhood—cars honking and people talking—coming through the windows while we work. We’ve had some long nights when there are big orders to finish, sitting around the table and getting everything packed up. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we get tired of the same routine, but seeing the finished food ready to go makes it okay. Most people in Krishna Galaxy know us as the ones who are always carrying big bags of groceries up the lift. We just try to do a decent job for whoever asks us for help with their food. That's the main thing.
