Evernest Realty Llp is based over in Kurla West. Our office is in the Kohinoor City area, right on Kirol Road. We are specifically located in the Premier Residences, in unit C/104. Kurla is a central spot in Mumbai, so it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We spend our time dealing with residential properties and some commercial stuff too. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a big reception area or a lot of employees. Usually, it’s just two or three of us working at our desks. We know the streets around Kohinoor City really well because we walk them every day. The office is pretty simple, with some files and a few chairs for visitors. We don't go in for big advertisements or anything like that. People mostly hear about us from others in the neighborhood. Mumbai can be a tough place to find the right home, and we just try to make that process a bit easier for whoever walks through our door. The traffic on Kirol Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, but we’ve learned to work around it. We just do our work and go home like everyone else. It’s a straightforward business and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. We’re just local people doing our jobs in Kurla and keeping things moving.
