We are located over in Marol, specifically on 10th Cross, 29th Main 7. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, but the locals know where to find Evas Pizza. The oven is the heart of the whole place. It gets really hot in here during the afternoons, especially when we have several orders going at once. We spend a lot of time working the dough by hand. It’s a bit messy with flour getting everywhere, even on our shoes sometimes. We don't have a big corporate team behind us, just a couple of us who know how to handle the heat. The chairs outside are a bit worn down, but they’re comfortable enough for a quick wait. We get a lot of students and office workers from around Marol coming in. We don't do anything too fancy with the packaging, just the standard boxes that do the job. Sometimes we have to wait a while for the cheese delivery because of the traffic on the main road, which can be frustrating. We try to keep things simple and honest. If the dough isn't right, we don't use it. It’s as simple as that. There isn’t much to the decor, just some plain walls and the smell of baking bread. We’re just a small local pizza place trying to get through the day like everyone else in this part of town. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next order.
