We are located at Office No 1 in the Rajkamal Building. It is right in Santacruz East, pretty much across from Mumbai University. This area gets quite busy during the day with all the students and traffic coming from Crawford Market. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in when they are looking for help with property stuff. The office isn't very big but we have been here for a while now. Most days it is just us answering phones and looking at paperwork. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit loud but you get used to it. People usually find us by looking for the university gates first and then crossing over. It’s a decent spot for a real estate business because everyone knows this landmark. We handle a lot of local queries about flats and shops nearby. It’s mostly just hard work and keeping track of who is moving where. There’s always someone stopping by to ask for directions too. We try to keep the place organized but with all the files, it stays a bit cluttered. That’s just how it is when you’re busy in a place like Santacruz. We don’t have any fancy waiting area or anything, just a couple of chairs and a desk. It works for what we do. If you are around the market area, you will probably see our sign. It's a plain office for plain work.
