Estate World

Estate World is located in Andheri West. We’re at Shop No 5 in the A Wing of the building near Shastri Nagar. People often get a bit confused because of the layout, but if you look for the Bhadra building, you’ll find us. It’s right next to Shastri Nagar, which is a busy little area. Our shop is quite small, but we’ve got everything we need to help people with properties. We deal with rentals and sales mostly. It’s a lot of walking around and talking to people in the neighborhood. Andheri is always moving, so there’s never a dull moment. We have a few chairs for visitors and a desk that’s usually covered in notes. We don’t go for the corporate look because that’s not who we are. We’re just local guys who know the buildings around here. Sometimes we close early if we have to go see a flat, but usually, someone is around to answer the door. It’s a practical business. We’ve seen many families move in and out of these wings over the years. Being in the A Wing makes it easy for us to see who’s coming and going. If you’re around Shastri Nagar and need to chat about a place, just look for Shop 5. We’re right there in the middle of it all. It is a simple setup and we like it that way.
