The streets here are extremely narrow and always packed with people and goods. Our shop is a small, traditional space that has been at this address for a long time. We have tools stacked up everywhere, from the floor to the ceiling. It can be quite a challenge to find things sometimes, but we have our own system. There is no air conditioning and the shop is usually open to the street, so it gets very noisy and dusty. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our customers are people who have been coming to Nagdevi for years to find what they need. They know our shop and they know we will have the right tool if they look hard enough. We use a P. B. Number because it is often easier for the mail to reach us that way in such a crowded place. It is a busy life here and there is never a dull moment.
