Our office is tucked away in Flat No 3 of Paras Apartment. It’s right there in the Gultekadi Industrial Estate area, on Lahane Road. Being near Urban Tadka Restaurant is handy because we usually end up there for lunch most days. We go by Escom Estate Agents Consultants. Most of our day is spent talking about property, looking at new listings, and meeting people who want to move into the area. Andheri West is a busy place, so there’s always something happening outside our windows. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some chairs for visitors and a lot of maps of the local area pinned to the walls. It’s not some high-end glass building; it’s just a regular apartment converted into a workspace. We like it that way because it feels more personal for the people who come by. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when too many people come in at once. We handle real estate stuff, which means a lot of phone calls and even more paperwork than you would think. The traffic on Lahane Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, but that’s just how it is. We don’t have any fancy slogans. We just know the neighborhood well and we stay busy. It’s a lot of walking around and checking on flats and keeping track of who is selling what. We’ve been doing this for a while now, and the routine hasn't changed much. It’s a decent place to work.
