Empire Machine Tools

Empire Machine Tools is located right in Empire House at 414 Senapati Bapat Marg in Lower Parel. It is a very busy area, so there is always noise from the street coming in through the windows. We have been in this building for quite a long time now. The space is filled with all sorts of machine tools, from small hand drills to much larger pieces of equipment. It can feel a bit crowded when we get a new shipment in. We don't have a polished showroom with bright lights. You just walk in and see the tools as they are on the floor. We have a small desk near the door where we handle all the bills and paperwork. Most of the people working here have been with us for many years. We know the machines inside and out. It is not a glamorous job, but it is important for the local workshops in the city. We see a lot of different people coming through the doors every day. Sometimes we have to hunt for a specific part in the back storage area, which can take a while. We don't use any complicated scripts when we talk to our customers. We just tell them what we have in stock and what it costs. It is a very old-school way of doing things, but it works for us. We just keep moving the stock and helping people find the right tool.
