Empire Foods

Empire Foods is based in the Empire Complex at 414, Senapati Bapat Marg, right in the heart of Lower Parel. This part of Mumbai is incredibly busy, and our location reflects that. We’re constantly dealing with the noise and the fast pace of the city, but it’s where we need to be to stay on top of our distribution. Our space in the complex is mostly dedicated to storage and the logistics of moving food products around the region. It’s a lot of work making sure that the inventory is right and that the trucks can get in and out despite the heavy traffic on Senapati Bapat Marg. The office part of our unit is pretty basic—just some desks, chairs, and a lot of clipboards for tracking orders. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything to impress visitors. People come here to do business, not to see a show. We’ve been here for quite a while, and we’ve seen Lower Parel change from an area of old mills into a place with huge glass towers, but we’ve stayed pretty much the same. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure our customers get what they ordered when they expect it. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way of running a business, and it’s served us well over the years. We don't use any fancy language to describe ourselves; we just move food and try to keep things running on time.
