Empire Estate Agency is found at Building No 1 in the Prime Minister area of Andheri East. We’re situated in Nirmal Market on Oswal Street, near Miller Ganj and Gill Road, right next to Model Town. It’s a mouthful of an address, but it basically means we are right in the thick of a very busy commercial and residential hub. The streets outside are always crowded, and there is a constant noise of rickshaws and vendors. Our agency is a small shop compared to the big firms, but we stay busy. We have a lot of walk-in traffic because of the location in Nirmal Market. People are always stopping by to ask about rentals or to see if any new shops are opening up nearby. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and a lot of binders with property listings. We don't have a fancy waiting room; if someone comes in, they just pull up a chair. The walls are covered with old maps of Andheri East and Model Town that we’ve used for years. It’s a bit cramped, especially when we have a few people in at once, but it works for what we do. We spend the day juggling keys, taking messages, and trying to keep all the different landlords and tenants updated. It’s a lot of coordination and simple legwork, but being in the middle of such a lively neighborhood keeps things interesting for us.
