We’ve been at Magnum Opus Plaza for a good while now. It’s right across from the Grand Hyatt in Santacruz East. If you know the area, it is easy to find us on the ground floor. We deal with electronics here. Most days are busy with orders and people coming in to ask about parts. We aren't a huge team, but we know what we are doing with the Kimo gear and other stuff we stock. It’s just how it is. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with boxes, but that’s part of the work. We handle the technical side of things and make sure the items go out to the right places. The street outside, Kika Street, can get pretty crowded during the day, especially with the hotel traffic nearby. We just keep our heads down and get the job done. People come to us because they need specific electronic components and they know we've been here for years. It’s a straightforward setup. No fancy lobbies or anything, just a functional workspace where we manage the inventory and talk to our regulars. It works for us and the people who buy from us. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, but our spot in the plaza stays the same. Just a bunch of us working with electronics every day, keeping the shelves stocked and the paperwork moving. It is a living.
