Elegants Realty

We are located over at Plot No-69 in the Mittal Chamber, which is right near the Cr2 Mall in Nariman Point. Being in this part of the city means we are always surrounded by a lot of movement and noise. Elegants Realty is a small operation, and we have been working out of this office for a good while. Our day-to-day life mostly involves handling real estate inquiries and keeping track of which office spaces or apartments are currently available nearby. Nariman Point is a tough place to navigate sometimes because of the crowds, but we know the shortcuts by now. The office is not anything fancy to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet with people who need help finding a property. Most of us grew up around here, so we have a pretty good feel for how the market shifts. We do not use any complicated sales pitches or anything like that. We just tell people the facts about a building, even if there are issues with the plumbing or the parking is a nightmare. It is a straightforward way of working that seems to suit us. We spend a lot of our afternoons walking between different buildings to check on things or show a space to someone. It is a lot of legwork, but it keeps us busy and we like the routine of it all.
