Ekta Estate Agent

Ekta Estate Agent is located in Kandivali West. We have our office in the C Wing, specifically Flat No 203 in the Ratnakar B building. To get here you have to come through Gate Number 2. It's right opposite Pranik Garden which is a nice spot for people to walk in the mornings. We spend most of our time dealing with residential stuff around this part of town. Kandivali West is a crowded area so there is always someone looking for a flat or trying to move out. Our office isn't on the ground floor so it stays a bit quieter away from the street noise. We sit in Flat 203 and go through the local property papers. Sometimes we walk over to the garden to meet people if they are early. Being an estate agent here means knowing all the buildings nearby. Ratnakar B is a well-known name in this block. We don't have a huge staff or anything like that. It’s just us doing the regular work of an agent. People find us because of the location near the gate. We keep track of who is selling and who is looking. It's a lot of back and forth on the phone. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. The garden across the road is one of the few green spots left around here. We just handle the usual things like rent agreements and looking at flats with families who are moving to Kandivali.
