You can find our office at GF 39 on Mathuradas Road in Andheri. We are quite close to the station, so there is always a lot of foot traffic and noise. It’s a ground floor spot, which makes it easy for people to just drop in when they are passing by. We don't have a big receptionist or a lobby. It’s just us at our desks, usually surrounded by maps and folders. Andheri is a fast-paced place, and our work reflects that. We spend a lot of time helping people find flats or office spaces in this part of Mumbai. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s interesting to see all the different people who are moving into the area. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a place has issues, we mention it. We don't believe in hiding stuff just to make a sale. Our days are filled with phone calls, site visits, and the occasional tea break. Being near the station means we are always in the middle of the action. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped in here when we have a few clients at once, but we make it work. We have been in this spot for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit.
