Eddies Kitchen is tucked away in Borivali West, specifically at Office No 3 in Villa Ferdinand. It is not your typical restaurant setup because we operate out of a space that feels more like a small office or a home. We spend most of our time in the back where all the cooking happens. It can get pretty cramped when we have several orders going at once. We started this because we liked being in the kitchen, and it just grew from there. Borivali is a big area, and there are plenty of places to eat, but we just do our own thing here. We do not have a big sign or anything flashy to pull people in. Most folks find us by word of mouth or because they live in the neighborhood. The morning starts with getting the supplies delivered, which can be a bit of a struggle in the narrow lanes around here. We do a lot of prep work, cutting and marinating, before we even think about opening up for the day. The smell of spices is always hanging around the office. We try to keep things simple and honest. It is just a few of us working together, making sure the food is ready and the kitchen stays clean. It is a lot of standing on your feet, but we are used to it by now.
