You’ll find Ecstasy Realty Pvt. Ltd. on the second floor of the Solitaire building. We are at 80 Sv Road in Santacruz West. It’s a lively neighborhood, and being on Sv Road means we see a lot of people coming and going. We work on real estate stuff, helping folks buy or sell their places. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and walking through apartments that need a bit of work. We aren't trying to be some high-pressure sales team. We just listen to what people are looking for and see if we have anything that fits their budget. Santacruz has changed quite a bit since we started, with new shops and taller buildings everywhere. We try to keep up with what the prices are doing, though it changes fast. Sometimes we have to tell people that what they want isn't available for what they want to pay. We prefer being honest about that from the start. Our office isn't anything too special, just a place where we get our work done and meet with clients. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, showing properties and meeting with other agents. It’s just a normal business run by people who live and work in the area. We do our best to make the process a bit less confusing for everyone involved.
