Eatmosfere

We are right in Mahavir Building at Shop No 8 in Lower Parel. This part of the city is always in a hurry, and our shop is right in the middle of it near the G section. We have a small space where we prepare food and serve the people who work around here. It is not a place for a long, fancy dinner, but more for a quick bite when you are on your break. The counter is usually covered with stuff we are working on, and the kitchen in the back is quite small. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long. Lower Parel has changed a lot, but Mahavir Building is still one of those steady spots. We see a lot of office workers coming in with their lanyards still on. Sometimes we run out of the daily special before one o'clock, which is frustrating but we can only cook so much at once. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, and the chairs are just basic plastic ones. It’s a real place where things get messy and loud. We just do our work, talk to the regulars, and close up when the food is gone. It's a simple life running a shop like this. We don't have a big marketing plan, we just open the shutters every morning and see who comes in.
