We’re based out of Flat No 1 in Remi Dizcourt, which is over on Veer Road in Andheri West. Most people know Mahavir Nagar, and we’re right around there, not too far from the Shah Industrial Estate. It’s an interesting spot because you have the industrial side of things on one hand and the residential flats on the other. Being in a flat instead of a storefront means it’s a bit quieter, which helps when we’re trying to concentrate on real estate deals. We spend our days as consultants, talking to people about where they might want to move or invest. Andheri West is always a bit chaotic with the traffic and the people, so coming into the office feels a bit like getting away from all that noise. The office itself is just a regular flat that we’ve set up with some office gear. It’s got a kitchen where we make tea and a small area where we meet with people who drop by. It isn't a flashy place, just somewhere we can sit down and go through the details of different properties. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and we’ve grown to like the neighborhood, even if the parking is usually a bit of a headache for everyone involved. It works for us and the people who come to see us during the week.
