We are located in Vidyavihar West, in the Neelkanth Business Park. Our office is 403 on the 4th floor of the D Wing. The park is right in Kirol Village, which is a busy little pocket of the city. Being in a business park makes things organized, but we still keep a very local feel to how we do things at Dynamic Realty. It’s easy to get to if you’re coming by train since the station isn't far. We mostly deal with properties around this part of Mumbai, from small apartments to office spaces. The office itself is just a place for us to keep our heads down and work through the files. We don’t have a receptionist in a suit or any of that corporate stuff. It’s usually just one of us answering the door and offering a glass of water. We’ve spent a lot of time learning the ins and outs of the Kirol area and the surrounding streets. Real estate in Mumbai is always a bit of a mess with all the rules and changes, so we just try to stay on top of it for our clients. We don't bother with fancy brochures or anything like that. Most people find us because we’re right here in the building or they know someone we’ve helped before. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and we like being in the middle of all the action in Vidyavihar. There is always some construction or something going on nearby.
