Durga Lunch Home

Durga Lunch Home is located at Azad Nagar Muncipal Plot No-Vl, right on Ajod Diary Road 1. We’ve been serving lunch and dinner to this neighborhood for a long time now. The place isn't very large, so during peak hours, it can get a bit crowded with people waiting for a stool. We don't mind the rush, though; it keeps us going. We focus on the kind of meals that fill you up for the rest of the day. There’s no fancy plating or garnishes here. We just put the food on the plate and get it to the table while it’s still hot. The kitchen staff has been with us for years, so they know exactly how to handle the big pots. We spend our mornings prepping vegetables and getting the spices ready. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult with the entrance, but we just put down some mats and keep going. We don’t have a website or anything like that. People find us because they live nearby or they’ve heard from a friend that the food is decent. It’s a straightforward business. We wake up early, buy what we need from the market, and cook until the pots are empty. It’s hard work, but we like being the place people count on for a meal in Azad Nagar. We just try to keep things clean and the food consistent every single day.
