You can find us up on the fourth floor of the Kailash Industrial Estate in Vikhroli. Being in an estate like this means there's always something going on, trucks coming and going, and plenty of noise from the other floors. We focus on toolings here. It’s precision work, so we spend a lot of time hunched over benches or checking measurements twice. The space in E 406 isn't huge, but we’ve organized it so everything has its place. It took us a few years to get the workflow right. We mostly work with local manufacturers who need specific tools for their machines. Sometimes it’s a rush, other times we have a bit more breathing room to get things right. Vikhroli is a good spot for us because it’s central, even if the traffic near Parksite can be a real headache in the evenings. We’ve got a small team here, just a few of us who’ve been doing this for years. We don't have a receptionist or anything, so if the phone rings, one of the guys just wipes his hands and picks it up. It’s straightforward work. We make tools, we check them, and we send them out. Nothing more to it than that. Most of our machines are older but they still run fine if you treat them right. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay on top of the orders.
