Drum School

We are tucked away on Chembur Main Road, specifically at 68 on the 27th Cross in the 4th Block. It's a bit of a noisy place, but that's because we are a drum school. We have been in this spot for a while now. It started with just a couple of drum kits and a lot of enthusiasm. Now we have a few more sets and a lot of students coming in and out. You can usually hear us before you see us. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You walk in and it’s just drums and practice pads. We teach anyone who wants to learn, from kids who just want to hit things to adults who always wanted to play in a band. It gets pretty loud, especially on Saturday afternoons. We try to be good neighbors, though. Our instructors are just drummers who have played in local bands and know their way around a beat. We don't use those rigid old teaching methods. We just sit down and start playing. Chembur is a good place for a school like this. There’s a lot of life here. If you're walking down the 4th Block and hear a rhythmic thumping, that's probably us. We just like making music and showing others how to do it. It is a simple setup but it works for anyone who wants to play and have a bit of fun.
