Dreamland Investment

We’ve been here in Goregaon West for a good while now, tucked away in the Karma Estate. If you know where Vibgyor School is, we are just right near there at 229/1828. It's a busy part of the neighborhood but we like it. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and looking at numbers, trying to figure out where people should put their money so it grows. It isn't always easy work because the market changes fast, but we show up every morning and get through the paperwork. Dreamland Investment is really just a few of us in a small office. We don't have fancy leather chairs or a big reception desk. It’s mostly just desks covered in files and a tea kettle that gets a lot of use. People from around the estate drop in sometimes just to ask a quick question about property or stocks. We try to be helpful. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, especially when school lets out, but that’s just how it is in this part of Mumbai. We focus on the practical side of things. There aren't any big speeches here. We just look at the options and tell people what we see. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, more buildings going up every day. Staying in one spot like this lets us get to know the local rhythms. It is just regular work for regular people.
