Yari Road is a busy place, but Silver Send Apartment stays relatively quiet compared to the main drag. We are located at number 6, right near Sai Nagar. This is where Dreamland Estate Consultant operates from. It’s mostly just us looking through listings and talking to people about where they want to live. Real estate is a funny business because everyone is always in a hurry to find a place or sell one. We try to keep things grounded. The office isn't very large, but we’ve got enough room for a couple of desks and some old files. You might hear the neighbors’ kids playing outside in the afternoon. It feels like home because it basically is. We know which buildings have good water supply and which ones have tricky landlords. That kind of knowledge only comes from being here for years. We aren't interested in being the biggest agency in Mumbai. We just want to help the people who walk through our door. Sometimes we take a walk down the road to check on a property and end up talking to three different people we know. That’s just how Yari Road works.
