Dream Real Estate is located at Shop No 42 in Pooja Palace, which you can find in Purna Nagar, Santacruz West. It is a local shop where we handle various property matters. Real estate involves a lot of time out of the office, as we are often out showing flats or commercial spaces to people. However, Shop No 42 is our base where we keep all our records and meet with clients to discuss their needs. The shop itself is simple, with just enough room for a few desks and chairs. We don't believe in having a flashy office; we’d rather just show people the properties themselves. Santacruz West is a very busy area, so there’s always something happening in the market. We have lived and worked around Purna Nagar for a long time, so we know most of the buildings and the landlords in the area. We don't use any fancy sales talk or pressure people into making decisions. We just show what is available and let the properties speak for themselves. If there’s a problem with a place, we’ll tell you about it. It’s a small, family-style business, and we like keeping things personal. Sometimes the work is slow and other times it’s very fast-paced, but we stay consistent.
