Dream Heaven Estate Consultant is based at Shop No 2 in the Marble Arch building. We are located along Shastri in Andheri West, specifically on the 1st Main of Munireddy Palya Main Road, not too far from Lokhandwala Complex. This part of the city is always buzzing with people looking for a place to live. Our office is just a simple shop where we keep track of what's available in the local market. We handle a lot of different requests, some people want something cheap and others are looking for luxury near Lokhandwala. It’s a mix of everything. We spend a lot of our time walking through the backstreets and checking out new listings. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just talking to landlords and showing rooms to people who are often tired of looking. We try to be helpful without making things sound better than they are. Dealing with property in Mumbai means you have to be ready for anything. Some days we have good news for people, and other days we have to tell them a place was already taken. We just do our best with what we have at Marble Arch. It's a small business, run by people who live nearby and know the shortcuts around the main roads.
