Dr. Tk Food Consultants

We’re located in Crystal Plaza, room 312E, right on New Link Road in Andheri West. It’s a busy building with a lot of different offices and people constantly coming and going. We work as food consultants. Basically, people come to us when they have questions about how to make certain food products or how to set up their kitchens properly. We spend a lot of time looking at recipes and checking different regulations. It’s a lot of paperwork and sitting at desks, which is quite different from being in a factory or a shop. We have a small kitchen area where we test out things occasionally, but mostly it’s just an office setup with shelves full of books and files. The traffic outside on New Link Road is usually a total mess, so we try to get in early before the gridlock starts. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees or fancy titles. It’s just a few of us who know a bit about the food industry. We talk to clients, look at their plans, and tell them what we think might work or what won't. It’s just practical advice based on what we’ve seen over the years in the business. We don't have any flashy brochures or a sales team. People usually hear about us from others in the trade. It’s quiet in the office most days, except for the phones and the occasional kitchen timer going off.
