Don Bosco Catering College

Don Bosco Catering College is situated on Premier Automobiles Road in Kurla West, Mumbai. The area is 400070. If you come by, you’ll probably smell something cooking because this is a catering college. We have students learning how to cook, bake, and serve food. It’s a lot of practical work, not just sitting at a desk. The kitchen labs are the main part of the building. Kurla is a very busy and crowded part of Mumbai, so there’s always noise from the street outside. The college is part of the larger Don Bosco campus there. Students here wear their chef whites or service uniforms, so they stand out in the crowd. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We have ovens, stoves, and all the gear needed for a professional kitchen. The staff spends a lot of time organizing the ingredients and making sure the equipment is working. It’s not a fancy corporate office; it’s a place where people get their hands dirty. We have been in Kurla West for a long time. People know us for the vocational training we do. It’s a busy atmosphere with students rushing between the theory rooms and the kitchens. We just keep things moving and make sure the students are getting their practice in. Mumbai life is fast, and it’s no different here in our college. We focus on the skills and the recipes that students need to know for their future work.
