People usually find us right here on the Bhuyangdev Cross Road in Colaba. It gets pretty loud outside during the day, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of the oven and people talking. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, and most of us living nearby know the routine. The dough gets prepped every morning, and the kitchen gets hot once the lunch rush starts. It’s a small place, nothing fancy, just some tables and chairs where you can sit while you wait. We don't spend much time on decorations because the focus is usually on getting the orders right and out the door. The delivery guys are always coming in and out, checking their bikes and looking at their phones for the next address. Sometimes the traffic on the road makes things a bit slow, but that’s just how Colaba is. We try to keep things organized, even when it’s raining hard or when the evening crowd shows up all at once. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and making sure the toppings are where they should be. We know many of the faces that walk in because they live just a few blocks away. It’s just a regular job for us, keeping the place running and making sure there’s enough cheese in the fridge. We don't have a big story to tell, just a lot of flour and boxes stacked up. It keeps us busy.
