Dlins Food Services

You can find Dlins Food Services on the first floor of Anurag Plaza CHS, which is Flat No 5. We are tucked away on St Francis Road, just off the Milan Subway in Vile Parle West. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main road, which I actually prefer for getting work done. Being on the first floor means we have to carry everything up the stairs, which can be a bit of a workout when the crates are heavy with vegetables or meat. The building is one of those typical cooperative housing societies where everyone knows everyone’s business. We’ve been operating from here for a bit, and the neighbors are used to the smells of cooking coming from our windows. Sometimes the subway gets flooded when the rain is heavy, and that makes life difficult for everyone in Vile Parle, but we usually manage to stay open. It isn’t a massive industrial setup, just a practical space where we prepare everything for our clients. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and prepping for the next day's work. My desk is usually covered in receipts and scraps of paper with notes on them. It’s just how we run things here—nothing too formal, just honest work. We like being in this part of the city because it feels like home and the commute isn't too bad for the staff who live nearby. It works for what we do.
