Diya Punjab Caterers

We are set up in Shop No.374 of Building Number 5, right in the J K Basin Marg area. Being in GTB Nagar Koliwada means there is always something happening outside the door. If you look for Guru Nanak High School, we are pretty much right there in that neighborhood near Antop Hill. Diya Punjab Caterers has been part of this street for a while. It’s not a corporate office or anything polished; it’s a working kitchen where we handle a lot of different orders. Some mornings are very early when we have to get the stoves going before the sun is even up properly. The area gets quite congested with school kids and people heading to work, but we just keep to our routine inside the shop. We have some heavy burners and a lot of large utensils that take up most of the space. It’s dusty outside sometimes because of the construction or just the general city life, but we keep our head down and work. Dealing with catering means you have to be ready for things to go wrong, like a delivery being late or the weather turning bad suddenly. We just handle it as it comes. It's a local business run by local people who know the streets around here. We don't spend money on fancy brochures because the food talks for itself when people eat it at their functions. We just keep cooking and hope the customers are happy.
