Our office is over at Evershine Millenium Paradise. It is a bit of a mix because we handle stuff in both Kandivali East and Santacruz West. It keeps us moving around quite a bit. Being at number 80 in the complex makes it easy for people to find us after they finish their shopping or school runs. We have been working out of this spot for a good while. It is mostly just answering phones and looking at floor plans all day. The real estate market around here changes so fast, it is hard to keep up sometimes. We see families looking for bigger spots and students wanting something small. It isn't a huge operation, just a few of us sitting here with our notebooks. We know these buildings inside out. If a flat opens up in the Paradise complex, we usually hear about it pretty quickly. Sometimes the elevators are slow so we take the stairs. It is just regular work. We don't do big ads or anything like that. People just know where we are. Dealing with landlords and tenants takes up most of our time. It’s okay work, keeps us busy. We like being in this part of town. The commute isn't too bad for me either. We just stay here and help whoever needs a hand with their property stuff. Divya Estate Consultant isn't about being flashy, just being here when someone needs a place to stay.
