Our office is tucked away on the third floor over on Begur Main Road. If you know the Fort Market area, you know how loud and crowded it gets around there, especially during the morning rush. We are right in the middle of it at Office No 174/180. The stairs can be a bit of a trek, but once you get inside, it is a decent place to sit and talk. We spend most of our time out on the road anyway, looking at different flats and plots around GB Palya. Dealing with property around here means you have to know every shortcut to avoid the traffic on 8th Main. It is not a polished corporate setup; we have maps pinned to the walls and a lot of old ledgers on the shelves. Sometimes we just sit here with a client and draw out plans on a piece of scrap paper. It is more about knowing the owners and the local builders than having a shiny desk. People stop by all the time asking about rentals or what is selling near the market. We try to keep things straightforward and honest because we have to see these same people at the tea stall every day. It is a busy life, mostly spent on the phone or driving through the dust. We have been at this for years now, so we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit from this little third-floor window.
