Dishani Realtor is located over in Goregaon East. Our office is Room Number 6 on the ground floor, right in Huriopet near B V K Iyengar Road Cross. If you know where Pritam Hotel is, we are basically right across from there. It is a convenient spot for people to drop in. We spend most of our time looking at properties and talking to folks about where they want to live. Real estate around here is always changing, so there is plenty to keep us busy. We are not a huge firm with dozens of agents. It is more of a small setup where we know the local streets well. People come in asking about rentals or buying a small place nearby. We try to give them the honest facts about what is available. The ground floor office makes it easy for older folks or anyone passing by to just walk in. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic from the main road, but that is just Goregaon for you. We keep our files organized and our door open. Dealing with property paperwork can be a real headache, so we spend a lot of time on that. It is not glamorous work, but it is what we do. We have been in this spot for a bit and people know us by now. We just take things one client at a time and see what we can find for them in the neighborhood.
