We are set up in Vastu-Anand, specifically in room 303/9. It is right on the Old Mumbai-Pune Highway in the Parsiknagar area of Kalwa, Thane. The highway is always humming with traffic, so there is a constant background noise in the office. Disha-Direct Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. is where we handle a lot of property matters. We have a couple of desks and some maps of the local areas in Thane and Kharegao. People come in looking for a place to stay or wanting to sell their land. We spend a lot of time walking around showing apartments or meeting folks at tea stalls to discuss prices. It is a lot of talking and walking. Our office is simple; we have some photos of buildings on the walls and a water cooler that gets a lot of use in the summer. We do not have any big marketing team. It is just us answering the phones and keeping track of who is moving where. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but we just chip away at it every day. We know the local neighborhoods well because we live and work right here. It is a busy life but it is what we know. We do not try to be something we are not. We just help people find their way around the real estate market in this part of Thane. It takes time to get things right, but we stay at it until the sun goes down and then we lock up.
