Dinesh Cooking Services

I've been working out of this spot in Vikhroli East for some time now. We are located right near the Mahatma Phule Hospital Bmc, which is a busy area most days of the week. If you know Kannamwar Nagar 2, you know it gets quite crowded around here, especially opposite Building No 238 where my shop is. Dinesh Cooking Services isn't a fancy place with big signs or anything like that. It’s just me and a couple of helpers trying to get the food right for people who need it. Most of my day is spent checking on pots and making sure the supplies arrived on time from the market. It gets hot in the kitchen, especially in the afternoons, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We see a lot of people passing by on their way to the hospital or heading home to the apartments around here. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but once you start chopping vegetables or stirring a big pot, you sort of stop noticing the noise from the street. I didn't plan on being in this exact spot forever, but the location works out for us. People know where to find us when they have something coming up. We don’t do much advertising because most folks just walk in or hear about us from a neighbor. It’s a simple life running a cooking service in this part of town, but it keeps us busy.
