Dimple Realtors is a small outfit located in units 8 and 9 of the La Vista Building in Borivali East. We’ve been operating out of this corner for quite a while now. The building is tucked away in a spot that’s easy enough to find if you know the area. Our office isn't one of those high-end real estate galleries with 3D screens and fancy brochures. We just have a few desks, some maps pinned to the walls, and a lot of keys kept in a drawer. Most of our day is spent on the phone or walking around the neighborhood to look at different properties. Borivali East has changed so much since we started, with new buildings going up everywhere you look, but we try to keep things simple. We drink a lot of tea while we talk to people about what they’re looking for. There isn't any pressure here. We just show people what’s available and help them with the paperwork if they find something they like. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with blueprints and files everywhere, but we know where everything is. We don't use big slogans or promise things we can't do. We’re just local people who know the streets of Borivali well. If you walk into units 8 or 9, you’ll likely find us arguing over where to go for lunch or catching up on the local news. It’s a relaxed place to work and we like it.
